A note on Ivorian terms. The RCCM (Registre du Commerce et du Crédit Mobilier) is

the trade and personal property credit register kept by the commercial court registries of

the OHADA member states; the number above is the company's registration number. The

TEE (Taxe d'État de l'Entreprenant) is the simplified Ivorian tax regime applicable to

small traders. These names are given in French because they identify Ivorian legal

instruments that have no exact equivalent abroad.

An application to amend the register, covering the addition of electronic commerce and the operation of an online marketplace, has been filed with the Abidjan Commercial Court registry. No certificate has been issued yet: as at the publication date of this document, the activities recorded in the register do not yet mention electronic commerce.

Hosting

The data and content of Générale CI are hosted on a server operated by HostHatch,

physically located in London, United Kingdom.

Media files (photographs, videos) are delivered through a content delivery network operated by

Gcore.

What this means for your data. The server that processes your data is not located in

Côte d'Ivoire. This therefore constitutes a transfer of personal data to a third country

within the meaning of Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013. The consequences, the safeguards and

the status of our filings with the data protection authority are set out plainly in our

privacy policy.

Nature of the service

Générale CI is a marketplace. ETS APAMA connects independent sellers with buyers:

except where it sells through its own shop, it is not the seller of the goods and services

offered. The seller of each item is identified on the product page and on the order.

The precise role of ETS APAMA, what it answers for and what it does not, is set out in

the terms of use.

Intellectual property

The Générale CI brand, the logo, the visual identity, the text and the code of the application

and website are the property of ETS APAMA or its partners. Any reproduction without

prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Photographs, descriptions, videos and other content published by sellers and users remain the

property of their authors, who grant ETS APAMA a licence to display them under the

conditions set out in the terms of use and the

seller terms.

Reporting unlawful content

Does content published on Générale CI appear to you unlawful, counterfeit or dangerous? Report

it from within the application, or write to info@generale-ci.com. The

procedure and our handling times are set out in the

community rules.

Governing law

This notice and all the contractual documents of Générale CI are governed by

the laws of Côte d'Ivoire. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of

the competent courts of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of public policy

protecting consumers.

Language

This English text is a courtesy translation. The **French version is the only legally binding

text**, which is consistent with the governing law clause above: the service is published from

Côte d'Ivoire and governed by Ivorian law. In the event of any discrepancy between the two

versions, the French version prevails. The French original is available at
